Dorothy’s life goal and mandate is to help men & women find freedom, purpose and fulfillment through mentorship, and assisted discovery of one’s God-given identity and makeup, guided alignment with one’s life purpose, and helpful restoration & healing of wounds of the soul & spirit.

Dorothy is currently a volunteer chaplain for the WNBA Chicago Sky and the Hammond Police Department, and has over 30 years of experience serving the Christian community: A licensed and ordained minister, mentor, counselor, and friend to many, she counts it an honor to serve others.

Dorothy is the founder of Dorothy Caldwell Co an organization established and designed to educate, empower, and encourage men and women to walk out their life purposes through sound teaching, focused mentorship, and coaching — in addition to her 15-year chaplaincy with the WNBA and two years serving the Hammond Police Department,

Dorothy is a mother of 6, and grandmother of 9. She is the founder and owner of Wellspring Creative Services, where she had been privilege to teach dance and fitness to students of all ages for 25 years. Although Dee is retired from the studio she still keeps her creative juices alive through personal worship.

Dorothy has served people and communities throughout the United States, the Philippines, and abroad. She is a lover of people, and hopes to honor God in all that she does. [Matthew 5:16].
