Dorothy’s life goal and mandate is to help men & women find freedom, purpose and fulfillment through mentorship, and assisted discovery of one’s God-given identity and makeup, guided alignment with one’s life purpose, and helpful restoration & healing of wounds of the soul & spirit.

Dorothy is a licensed and ordained minister, mentor, counselor, and friend to many. She has over 30 years of experience serving the Christian community. She served as a chaplain to the police officers with the Hammond Police Department for two years and is currently in her 17th season as Team Chaplain for the WNBA Chicago Sky.

Dorothy is the founder of Dorothy Caldwell Co an organization established and designed to educate, empower, and encourage men and women to walk out their life purposes through sound teaching, focused mentorship, and coaching — She coaches and disciples’ athletes, entrepreneurs and leaders, both male and female from all walks of life. She counts it an honor to serve and empower others to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives.

Dorothy is a mother of 6, and grandmother of 11. She is the founder and owner of Wellspring Creative Services, where she had been privileged to teach dance and fitness to students of all ages for 25 years. Although retired from the studio, she still keeps her creative juices alive through personal worship and business endeavors.

Dorothy has served people and communities throughout the United States, the Philippines, and abroad. She is a lover of people and hopes to honor God in all that she does. [Matthew 5:16].
